Yesterday (March 23), around 3pm, I went to drop off a return package that, according to the instructions, did not need to be sealed. The employee refused to accept it and wouldn’t even provide a small piece of tape, instead trying to force me to buy overpriced tape for a trivial fix. That’s not customer service, that’s nickel-and-diming.
What’s worse, when I asked to cancel the return, he handled it incorrectly. As a result, my return is now stuck and I have to contact the company to fix his mistake. Completely avoidable.
Unhelpful, unprofessional, and careless. This kind of service reflects very poorly on the store. If this is the standard, it’s no surprise customers leave negative reviews. You should fire this guy he is ruining your business.
