    After coming to this Subway location, I decided I would never return because the incredibly disrespectful way the manager treated me and my family. While placing orders for our 4 sandwiches, I was interrupted while beginning to choose my ingredients, and the individual behind us was asked to begin ordering. I respectfully told manager that my family was all together, however, he very rudely continued to receive the other customers order. At this point, I felt it was important to explain how wrong it was to take orders out of line, and asked what the reasoning behind this was. In response to this, the manager began speaking about how I was having a “bad day” and was trying to “bring others down”. As a person who operates on logic, I still cannot understand the reasoning for this terrible customer service, and I happily took my business to a nearby restaurant. Especially as a large chain, I feel customer service should be a priority, and I was shocked at the disrespectful reaction I received today, will not be returning! (July 2nd, 2019 @2:00pm)

    Today we went for a sandwich and while standing at the start of the counter we could see the manager under the back counter stretched out and though we couldn't see his face he was very still with his arms relaxed over his front. Unbelievable! The very young boy tried to serve all 3 of us at the one time. They were very low on Tuna and didn't seem to be the full amount on the sandwich. They had no flat bread either the lettuce looked old and starting to go brown. What kind of place is this if the manager is asleep and in view of the customer I would advise not using this subway as you probably will be dissappointed
