  I will add to the multitude of BAD reviews which I am in no way surprised they have. NASTY, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL guy at the counter ( “Dom” if that’s even his real name)? I Had 1person in front of me . Both of us doing Amazon returns. The assistant mgr “emily” told me if i had QR codes to go over and use the do it yourself machine ( have never used it , but i figured it out) . My last item however did not print out a sticker like it’s supposed to and it said to “see clerk” . So i went to counter and told the guy it’s telling me to see you. He points to line of SEVEN people deep now and says well get back in line. I said I was ahead of all these ppl though. He said no you’re not , you went over to the machine. I said yes because she TOLD me to? he said well you’re not anymore special than these people so get back in line. I said i don’t think I’m more special but that’s what’s fair ? he said leave then. Just really poor customer service . a nice gentleman in the line even said i could go in front of him. He said “ i have issues in this place all the time too “.

  the new staff at the Eatontown NJ location is the best I am so happy they hire new great people very nice very helpful willing to answer any and all questions we may have store is clean smells great just a really nice place NOW that they hired brand new people would highly tell everyone to go to that store

  When going here do not expect genuine help all the time. Some workers will do the bare minimum and accept that as work. I would recommend going to another location if you want the proper help and questions answered. I was running late and the women assistant manager and some tall kid just stood there pointing at papers telling me they can't help me. ( I wouldn't have been an issue if they were busy or something like that but they weren't doing anything. At least when I went in the 2nd time, she was checking out customers). I have been here a few times and never was that a problem. Nor did I ever have issues, only had issues with these 2 workers. I'd recommend going elsewhere for help, you'd probably have more consistentity in help.

  Hello! I visited your store at shewsberry ups store this friday 5/22. I honestly gave zero point to your store service. I was very mad at your employee rude attitude. Your employee didn't know about doing any label free macys. I asked it directly scanned barcode via my cellphone. He forced to grab my cell phone on the self barcode. He didn't right do It.He ignored about that. He urged unpolitely lined up at the counter. Your guy was poor customer serviced. This store owner concern about training your employee kindly correspondence to your customers every thing.
