  This place has been ranked consistently amongst the locals as the worse branch in the area. I'm not sure it can get any worse. Hellacious wait times, terrible service and crap availability. I dread every time I have to go there and I always consider weather its worth driving an extra 15 mins out of my way just to go to the Auto Zone down the road.

  I had a great experience with Ron today. He was very informative and helpful. I went into the shrewsbury location to have my engine light checked. I noticed while in the store it was just as hot inside as it was outside. These guys are working in the sun and heat a lot as it is, they shouldn't have to sweat inside too. I hope Ron and the other great employees at this location can get a little relief from this post 💛

  Jose helped me well despite the battery being incorrect on the advanced auto parts app, he was able to help find the right battery and I was able to install it in my Mazda without an issue

  I was in there one day trying to get an oil filter manager was very rude his name was Jose, Jose had a very rude attitude with me and wasn’t helpful I don’t recommend this spot !!!
