  This Fendi Shop never disappoints! Always treated with the highest regard very courteous, friendly & professional customer service. I took my Fendi handbag in for repair it was fixed perfectly in a timely manner. It is such a delight to visit this establishment. Sparkling water & chocolates were deliciously refreshing. Thank you all kindly again hope to be back sooner than later…

  I purchased a pair of Flow sneakers for nearly $1200.00 . The second time I wore the sneakers the zipper on one came apart, I had purchased them a month before. Upon trying to exchange them for a new pair, I was informed that I could not and that they could only be repaired. I asked to speak to a manager . I was introduced to LILLIAN. She also informed me that they could only be repaired with a laugh with her response. I told her that I did not appreciate being laughed at as I was a customer. Having been a long time Fendi customer, I will think twice before ever purchasing another Fendi product due to the unprofessional and condescending attitude of LILLIAN!

  Cannot say enough wonderful things about the Fendi @ Short Hills. Everyone there is always extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I agonize over decisions and never once have I felt pressured to make a purchase. Ask for Alex, he’s an amazing human!
