  I had such an incredible experience at the Dior boutique in Short Hills, and it's all because of Salina Z. Before walking into Dior, I had visited Louis Vuitton, Chanel, YSL, Prada, Celine, and several other luxury stores trying to decide where I wanted to make my purchase. The moment I walked into Dior, Salina completely changed my experience. She was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind that she made my decision easy. I ended up choosing Dior because of her. One moment that really stuck with me was when two young girls came into the boutique and said they couldn't afford a bag and just wanted to look. Instead of brushing them off, Salina smiled and told them to try one on anyway because it would give them motivation for the future. Watching their faces light up was such a beautiful moment. It spoke volumes about the kind of person she is. She made them feel seen, valued, and welcomed, just as she did with me. Luxury shopping is about so much more than the products. It's about how you're treated, and Salina made every person who walked through those doors feel special. Her kindness felt so genuine, and it's rare to come across someone with such a caring heart. I genuinely can't get over how wonderful she was. Dior is incredibly lucky to have someone like Salina representing their brand. I truly wish her nothing but the best because she deserves it. Thank you, Salina, for making my experience one I'll always remember.

  Bought a bag, wallet and shoes and enjoyed my experience. Really helped me find my size and let me try on a lot of shoes to find the right fit.

  Unfortunately, my experiences at this Dior location have been disappointing. Every time I walk into the store, I feel unwelcome. I’m rarely greeted, and on multiple occasions I’ve been ignored unless I initiate the interaction myself. There is one sales associate in particular who consistently avoids eye contact and makes no effort to help me, which makes the experience uncomfortable. I’ve felt judged, as if I’m not worth assisting or assumed not to be a serious buyer. I do own many Dior pieces and appreciate the brand, but I once returned an item, and since then the attitude toward me has noticeably changed. Returns are a normal part of shopping, especially at a luxury store, and should not affect how a customer is treated. Dior is a luxury brand, and part of that luxury is making every client feel respected and welcome. Sadly, that has not been my experience at this location.

  I was helped by Monita at the store and she was efficient and great. I called the day before to ensure they had the bag I wanted and she confirmed and kept it on hold until I arrived the next morning.
