Unfortunately, my experiences at this Dior location have been disappointing. Every time I walk into the store, I feel unwelcome. I’m rarely greeted, and on multiple occasions I’ve been ignored unless I initiate the interaction myself.
There is one sales associate in particular who consistently avoids eye contact and makes no effort to help me, which makes the experience uncomfortable. I’ve felt judged, as if I’m not worth assisting or assumed not to be a serious buyer.
I do own many Dior pieces and appreciate the brand, but I once returned an item, and since then the attitude toward me has noticeably changed. Returns are a normal part of shopping, especially at a luxury store, and should not affect how a customer is treated.
Dior is a luxury brand, and part of that luxury is making every client feel respected and welcome. Sadly, that has not been my experience at this location.
