  The employees at this location are incredibly helpful, hardworking, and efficient. This store is easily 100 times faster and more reliable than any other UPS Store we've ever been to. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. A special shoutout to Ines, Jose, and James—they excel at multitasking across counters, consistently prioritizing speed without sacrificing great service. We absolutely love coming here!

  BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I ADORE the lady who works there. She's ALWAYS ready to help you above and beyond. She is the best. Not talking about drivers, who are ALWAYS respectful and trustworthy 🤍🤍🤍 P.S. To those people who say that UPS NEVER picks up the phone when you call, it's a big BS. Because right now, the customer service lady from the morning is trying to help me regarding my order. You just need to be respectful and kind to the staff and you will get respect back. It always works.
