  EXCELLENT IRL customer service, helpful attentive employees, ALWAYS literally with smiles and willing, ready and wanting to help you, but yet I also don’t feel overwhelmed any time I go in this specific location. I’m a customer svc FREAK and so it means something when I say this is the BEST UPS Store location in this entire northeastern NJ. Also, a side note, the cashier, Stephanie came from behind the desk, a very POLITE TEEN (rare to see these days) and came up to me W/A SMILE and said to let me know if I need any help. And tho I didn’t realize it I DID need her help on the copier. She is a GREAT ASSET to the company. This place is just great in every way. Love going there!

  Hetal the owner & Steve the manager have always made my life easy when coming here. When I’m near the Secaucus area they are who I come to see for returns, shipping and printing. 10/10

  What a horrific experience. Unbelievably rude customer service associate. Not helpful at all. And wanted to charge me 20.00 for a box that costs 3.00 at Home Depot. That is price gouging! I’ll drive elsewhere and inconvenience myself before I step foot in here again.
