  The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and bad mannered. I said hello when I arrived and got no response. When I left, I said “have a good day” and again got no response. She didn’t say a single word the entire interaction. It honestly felt like she was doing people a favor just by being there.

  This review is a full 10 stars. I brought in a photo of my mom, who passed away 15 years ago, to have it screen‑printed. The UPS Store followed my direction perfectly and even made an executive decision that improved the design beyond what I imagined. The final print came out fantastic. I’m truly grateful for their care, quality, and timing—they went above and beyond my expectations.
