  I’m leaving five stores for Stephanie. She was amazingly confident and very kind and extremely knowledgeable. The downside of this is that it’s very difficult to get through to a human being. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. I think they should work on that and then they would be ten stars!

  Terrible customer Service. Been trying to rectify their billing error for two months now. No one answers the office phone, when you try to call the 1800 number during office hours you are automatically redirected back to the office. Tony Cigna is not available to speak to, was told to call the 1800 number after office hours to speak with someone. This never happens with NJM

  Never a call, reached out many times and now my premium just goes up??? I was switched to this Tony Cigna guy when the insurance people at Hackensack Toyota decided to part ways with All-State! Going to do the same asap! Don't use them.
