  My battery died and I had to get it checked/replaced. Was helped by Smith who was very honest and super knowledgeable about batteries and the possible issues I could’ve had. Smith changed the battery for me and was very friendly throughout the whole process. I’m thankful he was the one to help me out today.

  I’ve been coming to this store for years, and I’m honestly disappointed to say it’s gone downhill since the new store manager, Mohammed, took over. This place used to have a great, almost family-like atmosphere. You’d walk in, barely wait, and there were always multiple cashiers keeping things moving. No pressure, no nonsense just good service. Now? Completely different story. I called the store with a simple question after placing a pickup order and was left on hold for over 15 minutes. I literally drove to the store while still on hold. When I got there, I asked for the manager, and he came up to the register, I even showed him my phone to prove I was still waiting. That alone says everything about how things are being run now. What’s worse is the constant upselling. Every interaction feels like a sales pitch for things you don’t need. The new manager seems more focused on pushing products than actually helping customers. The biggest issue: I was told I’d receive a bottle of tire shine for free due to the inconvenience. Come to find out, I was actually charged for it and then given a small discount, maybe 5% while being told it was “free.” That’s not only misleading, it’s flat-out dishonest. This store used to be reliable and customer-focused. Now it feels like a place where you have to double-check your receipt and watch what you’re being sold. Definitely not the experience it used to be.

  Called the AutoZone nearby and got hung up on twice. Then went to this Advance Auto Parts, the difference in customer service experience was night and day. Both Ray and Jimmy made sure to provide me with the information I needed about the parts for my vehicle, then volunteered to install them.
