Please train your employees better. Attention to details is extremely important. The guy who assisted me missed the unit number on the label. I did not find out until the day expected the package was not delivered. Original documents were lost because the delivery guy just left it outside in a random place in front of the residential building during working hours. He did not bother taking 5 more steps and hand it to someone at the front desk. In general, UPS loses credibility by hiring incompent people.

Kudos to the young employees that work here. I’ve read all the negative reviews and I’m just grateful when I go to this location I haven’t dealt with any poor attitudes or lazy people. This morning I came in for photo copies and I need to pay attention to name tags so I can give a shout out by name. The bad reviews motivated this 5 star review because I have NEVER had a problem at this location even when shipping out or returning packages everyone had been patient and pleasant
