    I was able to shred everything I needed for a reasonable price. Thank you so much to the young lady who helped me from the phone call to the in-person interaction. Excellent customer service — I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. While I waited patiently in line, multiple customers walked in and went straight to the counter, completely bypassing those of us who had been waiting. At one point, there were five people being helped at the counter while I was still standing in line. Unfortunately, the staff did nothing to manage the situation or acknowledge those waiting, which made the experience even more frustrating. After 15 minutes of being overlooked, I decided to leave. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.
