My mother had a very disappointing experience at the Roseland, NJ FedEx location on the morning of Tuesday, 5/26 picking up a pre-paid order for me. The customer service was poor, and there was little to no communication from the employee on duty even when spoken to directly. The overall interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Customer service should include basic acknowledgment and clear communication, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during her visit. Saying hello, thank you for your business and goodbye should not be a strain.
Management should invest more time in properly training employees on professionalism and customer interaction.
Due to this experience, we will no longer be visiting this location because why waste our money on people who don’t care.
Had an issue with a delivery where one box was missing and customer service couldn’t help. Xavier took the time to look into it, explain everything, and helped locate the package before it was sent back. Really grateful for his patience and help.

Excellent. Had someone open the door for me and help me, offering tape and scissors. Last fedex I went to their was a rude lady who said she couldn't help me because if something happened she would get in trouble (I just asked where to put the sticker). She wanted me to buy tape and use a box cutter as scissors. Awful employee at the Fairfield nj fedex
