  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a difference new management makes! My experiences with the old management were unfortunately not great, but the new management has completely turned this UPS Store around.The customer service is excellent. Everyone is kind, professional, helpful, and efficient. They make everything easy and quick, and you genuinely feel welcomed and taken care of. Such a huge improvement.

  Thanks to Dipta, she was able to fix my Amazon return problem. Even though they were very busy in the UPS store, she was very patient and professional, as well as her coworkers.

  The new owner has made a positive transformation at the Rockaway location! I like coming here because of the good vibes ! 🦋🌏⭐️ The staff always greets customers with a pleasant attitude and are stellar and positive. A lot of people come here and now I know why, it’s at a good location and they are efficient and care about people. ! We need more customer service like this in the world! Definitely come here if you need office or shipping needs done!
