  The new owner has made a positive transformation at the Rockaway location! I like coming here because of the good vibes ! 🦋🌏⭐️ The staff always greets customers with a pleasant attitude and are stellar and positive. A lot of people come here and now I know why, it’s at a good location and they are efficient and care about people. ! We need more customer service like this in the world! Definitely come here if you need office or shipping needs done!

  The man at the counter is a lier. He denied me the service of self addressed envelope and shipping label. He was rude and insulting. This was on August 12th. He screamed at me saying that his store won't provide me a service and that the label won't work the next day. We just did what I asked him to do at the UPS store in Morristown. This place is garbage and I actually want to report the man at the counter.

  I wish I could rate a million stars. Achal and Logan at the UPS store are proof that not all heroes wear capes, some wear turquoise ups shirts. They made a very complicated shipping situation a seamless experience, even going as far to have me leave the contents with them so they could pack and I could go pick up my daughter. Such a caring and kind group of people and I am just so fortunate that this location is around the corner from my house. Thank you, UPS!

  Owner was very helpful and courteous. My package was falling apart and he thoroughly taped it for me. Will return again.
