  I attempted to return headlights with the original receipt, but the return was denied because the item had been opened. However, in the past I had returned headlights with the package open and with the original receipt and there was no issue. A return was granted. This inconsistent policy is extremely frustrating to a paying customer who essentially threw away $66. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service experience I had encountered and will never return to this store again.

  I visited the Rockaway location needing new wiper blades. Henry assisted me with getting and installing the correct blades for my vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly , and provided exceptional customer service. He is truly an asset to your company as he exceeded my expectations of providing customer centric service which unfortunately is not the norm at most retail establishments. Thank you for this great experience. Will definitely refer family and friends to your business because of my experience!

  Avoid at all costs if you’re not a man. Creepy comments and stories throughout your visit. Super uncomfortable and genuinely refuse to go back.

  Hello, good afternoon. I would like to inform you that in the month of February, a van from this store that was making a delivery crashed into my car. I went to the manager of this store, but no one is taking responsibility and no one wants to pay me. Even though they are at fault according to the report, the customer service I received was very poor and I was treated badly.
