  On vacation and had a dead vehicle. The manager was so helpful and went out of his way to assist. I left with a functioning vehicle lineup, fresh battery and way less stress than I came in with! This is what the customer service industry should aspire to be all the time!

  Crawled the 2015 suburban into the lot full with family beach stuff and a dead altinator. Within 1 hour I was back on the road the manager was excellent, she and the guys helped me out with tools and a hand. 5 stars!

  I had a wonderful experience here today! Wonderful young man named Brad was working the counter. He was knowledgeable and kind.

  The guy with the beard have zero customer service skills to just sit their while another employee doesn’t know simple questions about an easy to solve problem and to then grab a car key and use it as an tool when theirs a store full of tools right next to him reels me you totally given up on this store it my fault I think I’ll just pop in and grab something normal and then make the mistake of asking if theirs any difference between a product and get the biggest don’t care attitude I walk out angry at myself for going their no one is ever just nice and if your happy with the service the beard guy gives then it must be my mistake I thought you would want people to enjoy spending money at your store but since he’s been their forever tells me you’ve given up on this store long ago
