  Where did the cheerful ladies go? For years, a couple of very friendly women have worked in this store and made it a pleasure to patronize. Today, there were only two surly 20-something men. Both of them had completely flat affects and made no eye contact with me. They didn’t even acknowledge me for my first full minute in the store, and the store is so tiny this had to be intentional. I hope these two guys are temporary and the delightful women come back. If these guys are the new UPS store, I’ll stop going.

  Diane and Kevin were very helpful when shipping my 5 large boxes from Ridgewood to San Diego. Even before shipping the packages, Diane was very patient and explained to me all the necessary info I needed to know in order to ship across the country. There was a minor problem when receiving my package in SD but Diane called me personally and was extremely helpful in solving the problem. Great customer service at this Ridgewood location!
