  Just finished doing a return of two items and the clerk was condescending and she didn’t answer my questions thoroughly so I’m not sure if my returns will actually be processed correctly. Not a positive experience, and definitely not what I’m accustomed to with this type of service. It might be a good thing to consider training (or re-training) your employees to be more customer-service focused.

  I'm giving Renel and Christine 5-stars for their customer support and kindness. I visited this store location the other day to send a package overnight and pay for it's return. With store closing approaching and a growing line of customers, both Renel and Christine took the time to assist me in preparing my package and processing my transaction on the shipping terminal. Renel made sure to help me double check that I had everything set up as needed and I truly appreciate his assistance. I hope FedEx leadership can recognize the team in this store for their hard work and dedication to making sure the customers walk out of there with the best experience possible. Thank you Rob
