Will not be returning to the Randolph subway location ever again. The manager/owner was extremely rude to me as well as his trainee employee. I asked for one sandwich and I guess the manager told the trainee 2 sandwiches, however, there were multiple people ordering so I didn’t realize he was making two of my exact order until he was almost done and then I informed the trainee that I had only ordered one sandwich. When the trainee informed the manager, the manager actually had the audacity to BLAME ME. He said I should have stopped him before he started making it. 1) I am not responsible for the managers error and miscommunication, 2) the fact that a literal business owner had the audacity to BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR MISTAKE, is actually unreal. There was absolutely no need for his comment. In fact, HE was the one who made the error. Additionally, he proceeded to speak incredibly rudely and demeaning to the man who was training with him saying things like “I told you three time the napkin goes in the bag first” in a harsh tone. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of a customer as well as an employee. I’ll stick to Jersey Mikes.

Horrible owners, cheap. Yelling at me that I’ve gotten enough when I get a refill. Talking and touching phone while making my sandwich. Dirty tables all around, instead of cleaning them she’s just talking on the phone. Will never come back.
