  Definitely not recommended. I came in to drop off a package with a prepaid UPS label, but their scanner couldn't read it. I tried to ask whether they could reprint the label using the tracking number and place it over the existing one—something the UPS Store near my office in Virginia has done without any issue. I couldn't even finish the question. The employee at the counter interrupted me mid-sentence and simply said no. When I tried to clarify, he cut me off again and told me I had to go home, reprint the label, and come back. The only alternative offered was for them to print the label if I paid for their printing service. The printing charge itself isn't the main issue. What made this a poor experience was the dismissive attitude and unwillingness to even listen to a simple question. Very different from the helpful service I've received at other UPS Store locations.
