  I will not go to another store!!! Hands down this one is the best! Staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help! I drive a foreign car and parts are sometimes hard to find but Rene is determined to find what I need…everytime! And does! I have never had an issue, ever. If you’re looking for a clean store, friendly atmosphere with professionals staffed ..this is it! I highly recommend 10/10!!! I’ll go see Rene before I go to the Mercedes dealership every single time!!!

  Would like to start this off by saying the one star is not because of the employees at the location, they were friendly. I placed an online order Friday afternoon for a part that was listed as “In Stock” at the location. I went to pick up the order, and they informed me that it was not actually in Pleasantville, it was at their West Deptford warehouse, and that it would be delivered to the location the following morning at 7:45am. Come Saturday morning, the item was still not delivered, they told me it would come in at 1pm. Come 1 PM, and it became 2PM which at 2PM became 4PM or the next day. Monday morning they inform me that one (I ordered two of the same part) came in and the second would come in at 4PM. It is now 6PM Monday, and I was informed that the warehouse forgot the part and that it will be in the store Tuesday morning. Quite disappointed, I used to do online orders with Advance whenever I needed a quick part and it was always available within minutes of placing the order. The new system is terrible and I will not be spending my money here again. If a part is listed as “In Stock at X location”, it should be at that location, not in a warehouse an hour away.

  This store is a gem. Great customer service. After experiencing poor treatment from their competitor next door I will never go anywhere else.

  It's a place to buy car parts and the staff is helpful
