  Bobby is amazing. He helped me pack and move my stuff from my house to my new apartment. Super clear and easy to work with. Cannot recommend him enough. This store is amazing!

  I had to bring a desktop computer back to this store for a return to Amazon. We repacked it the exact way we received it. There was a slight space where the tape was cut when we opened it. The store manager insisted it could not be taped and that we had to pay $40.00 for another box to put the original box into along with additional bubble wrap. Even online it says the original packing is the best. I needed to get this back to Amazon as quickly as possible, so I ended up paying the money. I know companies have to make a profit to stay in business but repeat business is important as well. After reading other similar reviews, I will be taking my business for now on to the UPS store in South Brunswick which seems to have a lot more positive reviews. I am not an expert, but I see no reason the opening where the two lids came together could not be taped which was the same exact way it was shipped.

  Very bad service. Charges $5 for bag and $2for shipping label when clearly the shop says I can just present the email of shipping label
