  Store is absolute trash I was told I would be charged just to seal the package with one line if tap. No location ever done this before. Terrible service

  Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered on a drop off. Zero concept of good service. I went to return a package that says customer box and I thought because the item was already in a box, it didn’t need another box. He said to me that it will cost three dollars for a bag to ship it or a $5-$8 for a box. I got a bag from next door, and then he said, no I need to be a UPS bag. So then I brought a box, and he said my box was damaged. I said no, it’s not it just needs to be “taped up” and then he said, well it’s $3 to tape it up. So I left, taped up my own box. Brought it back nice and neat and shipped it. Here’s a better response instead of sending customers back and fourth. “This return says ‘customer packed,’ so UPS requires it to be fully enclosed in acceptable shipping packaging. The box the item came in may not qualify by itself. You can purchase a shipping bag or box here, or you’re welcome to bring your own sturdy box. If you bring your own box, just make sure it’s undamaged and completely taped shut before you return. We do charge for packing materials and taping services.” Train your employees!!!

  Clean, welcoming store with personable staff and **great customer service**! They offer all the mailing services you need, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely a convenient place to handle all your shipping and mailing needs!
