  Clean, welcoming store with personable staff and **great customer service**! They offer all the mailing services you need, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely a convenient place to handle all your shipping and mailing needs!

  I came here at 9:10 AM to return some items and the door was locked. The hours mention that they open at 8:30, but the lights were off and the door was locked. This is a first for me that something like this happens. If you aren’t going to be open at 8:30 then change the hours because people like me wasted their time coming here. I ended up going to another UPS which was open and returned my items.

  Absolutely unacceptable. I went out of my way to communicate with the employee at this UPS Store beforehand and explained that I had several boxes that needed to be shipped first thing in the morning. I was explicitly promised that the store would be open on time so I could get everything taken care of. NOT only did they fail to keep that promise once they failed two mornings in a row. I showed up during the posted business hours on two consecutive days, and the store still wasn’t open. MIND YOU I CAME AT 9:15 ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY They completely wasted my time and made me rearrange my schedule. Because this location couldn’t do the bare minimum of opening when they say they will, I had to drive to the South Plainfield UPS Store instead. The difference was unbelievable. The South Plainfield staff was actually professional, opened on time, treated customers with respect, and got all of my packages shipped without any hassle. That’s what customer service is supposed to look like. If you value your time, avoid the Plainfield UPS Store. A business that can’t consistently open during its own posted hours and makes promises it doesn’t keep doesn’t deserve your business. Save yourself the frustration and go to the South Plainfield UPS Store instead they actually care about their customers.

  Don’t go to this UPS they literally want to charge for every little thing , I have being using UPS for a while now and I go to a lot of stores , this is the first time that I use this location because I had no choice and I’d pay for the box ($2,99) like in any store and the guy says that it’s $10 because he has to charge me to package the box? Isn’t that your job packaging boxes? When I had never pay in any store to package my box but I accepted anyway ,after that he show me in the screen that my value it’s $150 when my package is less then that value and in other stores they respect it that and he said that that’s the minimum they charge. So I end the up canceling the whole thing because I think this is very unfair , this people are greedy and if you want to save yourself a few dollars don’t go there , look for another UPS with fair prices.
