  Customer service told me the store would tape my box, but the employee charged me $1 just for a single 10-inch piece of tape to seal it. Charging a fee for one strip of tape feels predatory. Is basic package taping not provided by the store?

  Make sure to bring your own packaging tape, as they refuse to help you seal your boxe unless you buy a whole spool for a few feet of tape. Truly a place that would sell you snow in the winter

  I went to the UPS store in Piscataway in Centennial Square to return a package and l had the QR Code and bar code ready to be scanned so they could print the label, but this people don't know what they're doing. The woman erased the return label from my phone, because she grabbed my phone from my hands and starting playing with it after she messed it up. The young guy there doesn't know what he's doing. He has no training.

  The staff member Captain Andy Singh ( Inderjeet) was very helpful in collecting parcels this was an international delivery. Very grateful for his excellent service. Definitely will use the service again.

  I had a great experience at UPS! Andy and Swati took the time to help me with a large, bulky return and made the process so much easier. They were both incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. I will definitely be coming back!
