  In a world of AI bots and off-shore call centers, finding a caring human being to cut through the red tape is rare. Mamta, owner of this UPS location, proved that good people and customer service still exist! Mamta spent hours on the phone with corporate UPS to correct a transposed address on a highly insured, highly valuable package. It was my mistake, yet Mamta helped me locate and intercept the package at the UPS distribution center. THANK YOU Mamta for exceptional customer care and service. You went far above and beyond the call of duty. I am privileged to have had your help, and highly recommend this UPS store - they care about your package and you!

  Was charged over $8 to print a single B&W page for a shipping label. This included $3 for the basic tape they use to affix the label to the box. Better off going to any other location as this one is a scam

  The manager helped me ship a few things last minute after our movers canceled and really went the extra mile to weigh everything to make sure it’s what we wanted to do/ensure the items got there safely.
