  I ordered online sandwiches and they were poorly filled. When I called the store, the lady was extremely rude, refused to listen, and kept saying “we follow corporate rules.” She even refused to give her name and told me to “do whatever you can.” This is unacceptable customer service, and I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this subway where they don’t respect their costumer.

  Customer service is horrible… pulled over into parking lot due to 3 yr old throwing up in car all over, just asked for a bag to throw clothes in.. was just worried about what was out in the garbage canister.. and proceeded to verbal fight with us no concern for anyone or anything but the business… proceeded. To call for manager info refused to give me the info and didn’t know when they would be in… horrible customer service and no wonder why Parsippany is going into the ground. Good luck to everybody that works lives or does business in Parsippany because this is the life that’s coming into Parsippany now. only have to call in the business five times. I finally was given someone’s information to contact who did not want to hear a word of what I had to say, and only wanted to stand up for their employee family member…. So sad to see that this is what this town has come to especially for a business right on Parsippany Road no customer service or cares. Good luck with your business.
