  Today I want to return my equipment to ATT so searched for UPS near me and found near by and open at about 8:30 AM where someother provider i searched was closed and opening at 10AM. Second the customer support executive is very friendly in gateway plaza.

  1 Star — UPS Store Failed to Account for a Package and Refused to Help I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled by this UPS Store. I shipped two boxes at the same time and received a receipt showing both tracking numbers, confirming that both packages were accepted by the store. One package was delivered normally. The second package was never scanned and never reached its destination. That package contained approximately $800 worth of items. I contacted the store to find out what happened and expected them to at least assist in investigating the missing package. Instead, I was essentially told that it was not their problem. That response is unacceptable. I have a receipt showing that the store accepted both packages. If one package was never scanned after being accepted, I believe UPS should be able to investigate what happened to it. I am posting this review specifically so UPS corporate is aware of this experience. I understand that packages can occasionally be lost, but what is especially disappointing is the store’s unwillingness to take any responsibility or make a reasonable effort to help locate a package that they accepted. UPS: Please review this situation and explain what happened to the package that was accepted along with the other one, and why the store is refusing to assist.
