- DWDaisy Wilson1 day ago5.0My experience this UPS is always excellent. The staff member who assisted me was friendly, professional, and efficient. They answered my questions clearly, helped me choose the best shipping option, and made the entire process quick and stress free.The store was clean, organized, and I was in and out much faster than expected. They had a big family group ahead if me and there was alot going on and I truly admired their patience with them while doing their best to speed the line I was in along. I would definitely use this neighborhood location again and recommend it to others.

The manager stood talking to a customer about trust accounts and selling her home, moving to Florida. I asked the other customer service rep if she could assist me but unfortunately the manager was occupying the other register to discuss her personal life with a customer. Unprofessional
