  I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store. I shipped an important package and needed help tracking it throughout the delivery process. Both employees were extremely helpful, professional, and patient. They assisted me with every step, answered all my questions, and continued to help me monitor the shipment until it was successfully delivered.   I got here at 6:37pm and they were closed when it said they closed at 7pm. I ran over here so fast to get here before they close and they had the gate up at the registers and the doors were locked. So change ur times to 6:30 if ur gonna close early.

  Outstanding customer service! I had multiple packages to ship on two different days, and both times the staff came outside with a hand truck to help me load the packages. I’ve never experienced this kind of service at other UPS Stores before. Everyone was friendly, professional, and worked very efficiently in a timely manner. Truly appreciate the excellent customer service — highly recommended!
