  This is the worst store! Never experienced such a horrible experience in my life! I bought a handbag for my mom only to notice the leather has been peeling off after wearing it. I took the bag back to the store and showed them how defective the bag is. They took the bag from me and told me they’ll repair it within a month. After 2 months of constantly calling them, they finally had the bag ready for pickup. I went there and noticed they only sprayed the bag to make it less obvious that it is peeled off. I didn’t accept the repair and asked them to repair it the way I paid for it. This is so unprofessional and waited over 2 months to only have it returned back not repaired instead just sprayed. They took it back and told me they’ll have it ready in less than 2 weeks. It took them almost another month and finally answered my calls and told me to pick it up. The staff are so unprofessional. The so called general manager “Stephanie” is so unprofessional and didn’t even apologize for the whole situation. Instead, she kept mumbling and making it seem like Michael Kors are good enough to accept repairing the bag. Meanwhile, the bag had a whole year of warranty on it. You pay for an authentic bag from Michael Kors only to receive the quality that you paid for not what I’ve been through. Never ever again purchasing something from this store. Very unprofessional and rude staff! Michael kors should take an action!
