  Very disappointing experience at this FedEx drop-off location. They refused to accept my package simply because it contained batteries, even though it was properly packaged and labeled in accordance with shipping requirements. Instead of offering helpful guidance or explaining the issue clearly, they just turned me away. It wasted my time and made what should have been a simple drop-off unnecessarily frustrating. I expected better service and more knowledgeable staff.

  Chris Cook went above and beyond to help me get the printing just right for my daughter's Save-the-Date card for her wedding. He worked with the design file and the color to get as close as he could on all the details that mattered to her.. He is a real professional who cares to do the best he can for the customer. Highly recommended.

  Employees will walk away from the register to avoid assisting customers. Employees will not answer your questions and just point. When they do you can tell they are annoyed. The owner needs to fire both management and staffs at this location before they run out of business. Who would want to come back? It’s both refreshing and scary to see the comments stating the bad customer service and nothing has changed.
