  I did an Amazon return and I asked for a piece of packing tape, and they said I had to buy some. Staff was rude, waste of 6 dollars.

  Arrived at 9:15 am to drop off packages, they open at 9 am, I’ve been sitting outside for over 30 minutes waiting with no sign of being helped, now I will have to leave and go to a different location.

  Extremely disappointing experience. The representative was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I came in with a package that already had my own box and shipping label. I simply had to open the box to add one more item, and when I asked to have it taped back up, I was told it would cost $6 just to tape the box. When I questioned the charge, the representative literally said, “I’m done with this.” That is an unacceptable way to speak to a customer. If you’re frustrated with other customers or having a bad day, that’s not my problem and it certainly shouldn’t be taken out on me. I don’t normally go into UPS stores to ship or return things, so I had no idea I would be charged $6 for something as simple as taping a box. The attitude was honestly worse than the charge itself. Customer service should mean actually helping customers, not making them feel like they’re an inconvenience. I will definitely think twice before coming back to this location. Miserable individual

  I’ve been coming to this UPS store for almost 15 years. It’s always been a pleasant experience! Something I cannot say for the rt34 UPS in Matawan.
