  Very rude service by an older gentlemen who was openly not happy with how big of a box I brought for Happy returns, he was throwing my items and making grumpy comments in another language. I sincerely hope this is not the level of service this office strives for

  This store manager does not deserve even a one star review. The manager was rude, obnoxious and demonstrated extremely poor customer service skills over a simple verizon return transaction. Because my box had dog hair in it and dust on the box and got a whole lecture on allergies because I picked up a strand out of box and wiped on my jeans. I asked if he was really going to treat a customer this way and he said yes and told me I couldn’t shop here. Completely miserable person and the store deserves to be shut down or replaced by actual employees who demonstrate customer service.
