  Andrea and the staff were fantastic! She called me to make sure that I understood what they were going to do and possible issues. I approved knowing possible outcomes. In the end, everything came out perfect! Thank you to everyone, including the person (I forgot her name ), who documented my instructions when I dropped off my order.

  AMAZING, Andrea is a rock star, and the friendly young lady is proficient well beyond her years, always with a beautiful smile. I owned and ran a large professional service business and told Andrea, "I wish she had worked for me," as I noted she is so efficient that she does the work of 5 women or men. They met every need I presented over two consecutive days and did not charge me enough for the experience. It was priceless to me and met a very important, urgent need just in time. Run, don't walk, to Northfield, NJ, FedEx(best one in the world), and let Andrea and Tall Smiley meet all your office and shipping needs. Bruce

  I cant express enough how incredible this store is. Andrea and Steve took such good care of us with some very last minute requests for binded presentations, cue cards, and print outs that we needed for a conference. The level of communication and care we received was truly a blessing. They felt the pressure, the sense of urgency, and they really came through. Everything was perfect. Steve stayed on the phone with me to help talk through exactly what would be best given the projects requested, Andrea made sure our CEO could just "grab and go", everything was bagged up for him as he entered the store, she even let me know once he picked up so I could take a breath. *This type of customer service is so rare*. They take tremendous pride in what they do, and we are so grateful. Thank you so much.
