  Woke up to a dead battery this morning. Brought my battery into the store and Charles was very helpful testing it and showing me it needed to be replaced. After showing me several options for my car I walked out with a new battery and my car is up and running again. Great service and will definitely be back.

  Dejamos una llanta en la mañana y nos dijeron que estaría lista a las 4pm llegamos a esa hora y la entregaron a las 5:30pm al parecer no habían hecho nada y solo hasta que llegamos empezaron a trabajar en la llanta.

  I went in to ask for help finding the right windshield wiper for my car. The grouchy lazy man behind the computer told me he couldn’t help me. His computer gave him one specific model / brand of wiper (which I knew didn’t fit my car) - but he said that’s all he could do. Then quickly turned his attention to the next customer. It’s no wonder AI is coming for useless employees like this. I went to another Advance Auto Parts store on Terrill Road in Fanwood. A wonderful man took the time to listen and find a knowledgeable woman in the back. She solved the issue. A little effort goes a long way.

  I hope I am spelling his name correctly. I had a sales associate Gael and he was the most polite, helpful, informative, and wonderful sales associate. He stayed calm when customer is moving patient extremely polite. It was the end of the day on Saturday morning. I was buying replacement wiper blade and he was kind enough to help me put them on if the manager of the store is reading this and corporate. You’re very lucky to have him as an employee. He multitasks and handled pressure with a smile on his face
