  I scheduled a notary appointment through their website, received email confirmation, showed up a few minutes early for my appointment, and was told the website isn't right and there was no one there to do this for me. What's the point of scheduling an appointment?

  Excellent service. All UPS stores should have this type of quality. I was helped immediately very, very happy with their service. That's why I keep coming back here. Definitely a 5 star. Kahium is very helpful

  I’ve dropped off packages, sent out a few items over the past few months. Today I came across that gentleman name starts with a K. I asked him about ground, he goes “Oh, it’ll get there in 4-5 business days” like dude you know what day it’s going to get there and I asked the specific day. He goes next week Tuesday or Wednesday, the pricing $45 for ground, there was candy in the box. I took the box, I went to USPS and told him it’s going to be $20 and it was $22 and it’s going to get there Saturday. I believe people who are lazy and don’t want to drive five minutes to a post office go here for convenience and have money to burn. Or do free returns. What’s the common denominator here when you see all the complaints? Ask yourself the next time you respond to a review.

  They need public Wi-Fi access so you can read your bar codes from the manufacturers stores

  Great store! Helpful and well dressed staff. Scott is always a big help. This store can do more than you think, just ask!
