  I went here in the past and got handwritten paper notarized.. today they are telling me I have to have it typed out.. I googled in general can you gave hand written pappet notarized and google said yes so why can’t they

  Had an amazing experience at this store. There was an issue with an Amazon return and Jake (the manager) had the patience of a saint to work with Amazon on my behalf to ensure the issue was resolved. I have been in this store many times and the staff are always knowledgeable and courteous.

  I am used to having a rushed, disinterested, no-personality service at UPS stores. The "hurry up and get out" treatment. Not in this one. The guys that work here are absolutely fantastic. I can't remember their names, which I will fix next time I'm around (they deserve at least that respect for the amazing service they provide). Every single one of them are workers who should be an example to what customer service should look like. Thank you for making it feel like a pleasure, and not a chore, going in to your store!

  This UPS location has the best customer service and stellar employees. I usually drop off packages two or three times a month. Yesterday, I used the notary service with Paul and Bart. They are always so welcoming, helpful and pleasant. It’s been decades since I’ve seen coworkers that are actually interested in giving a great product and service. They are both a pleasure to see when I walk in the store.
