  This is by far my favorite UPS location. The staff is friendly and helpful and for the most part, I always have a great experience. Service is usually quick and it’s an easy location to visit. They also have a self-service kiosk, which is very convenient when it’s working. Occasionally it’s out of service but other than that, I definitely recommend this location.

  Very unprofessional service I received at this location today, July 21, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM. There was only 1 guy I requested notary services and a printed copy of my ID. The employee denied the notary service and informed me that the person who handles notary services would not be available until next week. Additionally, the employee initially refused to print both the front and back of my ID on a single page, claiming it was not possible. After I explained that I had this exact service done here previously, he eventually completed the request. I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of professionalism.
