From formatting to cutting, he delivered top-tier customer service. He was warm and friendly, attentive to customers and the store was clean and neat. Quick service.

- VAVivek AgarwalJun 28, 20261.0Went there to ship an envelop. Said they won’t accept it in a white envelope and offered me to sell one of their own envelopes. Checked with UPS … they do not have that requirement. Seems like the location trying to sell their own stationary.

I recently shipped a package for one of my clients and accidentally misplaced the receipt with the tracking number. I initially thought the tracking information would be emailed to me, but unfortunately it wasn’t. I had to return to the store hoping there was some way to recover the information. Rehan went above and beyond to help me. It honestly took some serious detective work on his part to track down the shipment information, and even though he really didn’t have to put in that level of effort, he did anyway. His patience, willingness to help, and positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Rehan absolutely deserves recognition for the way he handled everything. Thank you again for your help — it was truly appreciated.
