  I want to give a special thank you and recognition to Rehan Saed at The UPS Store for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. I recently shipped a package for one of my clients and accidentally misplaced the receipt with the tracking number. I initially thought the tracking information would be emailed to me, but unfortunately it wasn’t. I had to return to the store hoping there was some way to recover the information. Rehan went above and beyond to help me. It honestly took some serious detective work on his part to track down the shipment information, and even though he really didn’t have to put in that level of effort, he did anyway. His patience, willingness to help, and positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Rehan absolutely deserves recognition for the way he handled everything. Thank you again for your help — it was truly appreciated.

  Brought in my design and the staff was super helpful from start to finish. The banner came out sharp, vibrant, and exactly the right size. Turnaround was fast and the quality exceeded my expectations. Will definitely come back for future printing needs!
