I am writing to formally follow up on a complaint regarding a highly negative experience I had at your North Bergen Tonnelle location on June 6. Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or a refund for an incorrectly prepared order.
The issue began when I attempted to place a walk-in order. I encountered significant difficulties with a staff member named Jennifer (or possibly Natalie) while discussing menu options. Due to her unprofessional demeanor, I chose to leave the store and place my order via the mobile app instead. However, upon receiving the mobile order, I found it was prepared incorrectly with hot sauce and lemon pepper. When I brought this to the staff's attention, the response was dismissive and rude, and I was informed the order would not be corrected without an additional payment.
Since this incident, I have attempted to follow up several times. Three weeks ago, I spoke with a representative named Aaliyah, who promised to contact me but failed to do so. I also spoke with the direct manager today, who was unfortunately unprofessional and unhelpful from the start of our conversation.
I am disappointed by the persistent lack of communication and the service I have received at this location. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment. I am requesting a full refund for the incorrect order and expect a formal response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Please be advised that I will also be disputing this charge with my bank.

I am writing to report an incident involving an employee named Jennifer. My children witnessed Jennifer being rude to my wife while she was placing an order, and I would appreciate this matter being addressed appropriately.

When I initially attempted to place a walk-in order, I encountered difficulties with the staff member, Jennifer, while discussing combo options and wing deals. Due to this interaction, I chose to leave and place my order via the mobile app instead.
Upon receiving my order, I found that it was prepared incorrectly with hot sauce and lemon pepper. When I brought this to Jennifer's attention and explained that it was my first time ordering from Wingstop, she was rude and unprofessional. She stated that she would not correct the order unless I made an additional payment.
I am disappointed with the quality of service and the lack of professional communication I received. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure better service for future customers.

I'm very upset with this store. I just placed an order for mild and they sent me plain.
I paid for blue cheese and ranch and they didn't send them, they just stole them.
Our experience here Sunday, May 31st was horrible! We waited for 10 minutes before being asked if we had a to go order. We let the person know that we wanted to order take out and less than 2 steps away from the register she instructed us to order online as she could not come to the register to take our order. I’ve never in my life been to an establishment with worse service than this one. TERRIBLE! We left and ate somewhere else, as will never be returning.
