  The store charged me $5.34 for printing an one-page-document( a USPS shipment label), receipt attached. It even charged "computer use". So airline may charge" aircraft use" if you take the flight, as per by her logic. Never had such UnexPected Problem. Too bad. The store may give her a promotion, or bonus at least, for the great contribution,.

  Went there to have a package shipped with a prepaid UPS invoice/tracking number, but refused to print out the sticker to attach to my package, even though they are a UPS store and I’m using their shipping services. Refused to scan the barcode and print the label like other UPS stores do without hesitation. Said I can email them the label and have them print it as a scan for 2.50. The owners of this store just want to nickel and dime customers UPS shipping services.
