  Walked in to redeem a headlight warranty and the employee at the counter, Jared asked me a few questions which then lead to him realizing something was wrong. Jared came outside to look for himself and saw my plug terminal to my head light was shot. Not only did he help me replace the one with a new one, he was kind and patient enough to explain what he was doing and why. Jared thank you again so much, I appreciate your time and knowledge. I will definitely be coming back to this advance auto for all future purchases.

  Just went to this location to buy a lightbulb for my wife's car. Brought the bulb up to the counter and the gentleman who tried to ring me up was having difficulties with the computer. Not sure if it was him having an issue or the computer. He looked over his shoulder and asked a gentleman for help, who appeared to be a manager. The manager immediately began speaking down to this older gentleman and asked him why he didn't do it the right way. After several attempts and and uncomfortable experience listening to this manager talk down to his co-worker, He was finally able to ring me up. I thanked him and told him to have a great day. His reply was, "mmm-hmmm". As much as I wanted to, I didn't tell him that what he meant to say was, 'Thanks, sir. You too.' Because of the fact that I spent at least 15 minutes trying to do something that would have taken 2 minutes If I had gone to the other auto parts store in town, as well as the bad, bad attitude and rudeness of the man who finally figured out a way to ring up my item, I will never be back to this place. And I'm born and raised in this area and live right here in town. I would rather go out of town to buy an automotive light bulb than go back to this location. Whoever reads this from the corporation, you should take a look and see who the manager on staff is today on August 27th 2026 at 2:57 p.m. He's got an Abe Lincoln style beard and a baseball style cap propped up high on his head. He should be fired. He's a very poor representative of your company.

  Usually fairly busy with a line of customers but it moves quick. Try ordering your parts online so they are ready when you get there. You can usually find discount codes for like 20% off on those coupon websites.
