  Absolutely horrible customer service. I paid for a 10-piece wing order and only received 8 wings. When I called to have the issue corrected, the employee repeatedly answered the phone and stayed silent instead of helping resolve the problem. Another time I called, I explained the issue and was immediately placed on hold. I called back again and got the same silent treatment. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the full order I paid for. It’s unacceptable to take people’s money and then ignore them when there’s a problem with the order. I simply wanted the missing items that I already paid for, but instead got unprofessional behavior and zero customer service. Definitely would not recommend this location.

  Highway robbery. 5 boneless wings 5 bone in wings 3 tenders 1fry 28.00 dollars and had to pay for ranch dressing 1.75. I was very disappointed in the portion size. Never again Cashier was very nasty when I commented and complained. Refused to give me blue cheese and celery, I had to pay extra

  I’m writing this review on the behalf of a close friend & all other DoorDash Ubereats & other food delivery services. While picking up 3 orders from this particular Wingstop, my friend asked could he use the restroom, the counter person, who by the way is packaging the 3 orders tells him “No” you must buy something to be able to use the bathroom. Are you insane? Or just stupid? These men & women work extremely hard daily to provide a service to consumers of Wingstop & various other eateries. At the very least you can provide them a place to use the restroom. If this is an order placed down by management it shouldn’t include Food Delivery Drivers & also having a staff of competent people who know how to make executive decisions on their own without compromising the integrity of the company. Oh I forgot this was Christmas Eve in a snowstorm.
