  Hoy visité el lugar la comida es buena: Pedí el baño de hombres para lavarme las manos y me indican de que está dañado ósea todo el día el baño malo ya que esto fue cerca de las 7 de la noche . Eso lo entendí entonces le dije sólo quiero lavarme las manos m dijeron No . Ni modo a los 15 minutos de estar en el lugar llegó otra persona pidió el Baño y a ella si la dejaron pasar . Entonces no estaba malo porque en esos 15 minutos mientras estuve en el lugar nadie más ingresó al baño Como para decir que fue reparado : Lo tomo como un mal servicio . Ya que solo pedí lavarme las manos en cualquier baño . El personal no está capacitado para resolver algo tan simple .

  I come in here often and it seems every time I do go, Maritza is always picking on someone new. I’ve even had her hang up when I call to place an order. Other workers not so bad, just bad service from select few but none stand out like that.

  Absolutely horrible customer service. I paid for a 10-piece wing order and only received 8 wings. When I called to have the issue corrected, the employee repeatedly answered the phone and stayed silent instead of helping resolve the problem. Another time I called, I explained the issue and was immediately placed on hold. I called back again and got the same silent treatment. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the full order I paid for. It’s unacceptable to take people’s money and then ignore them when there’s a problem with the order. I simply wanted the missing items that I already paid for, but instead got unprofessional behavior and zero customer service. Definitely would not recommend this location.
