This is the only location that I use for everything. Shipping and returns to Amazon. The location is convenient and the employees are kind. If I don’t understand something they take the time to explain it. The store is clean and organized.

I really dont like how i was pressured to use the self service machine for package dropoff instead of getting a weighted receipt at the counter. But otherwise fine :/

Great experience at this UPS Store on McCarter Highway! The owner Dwight was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. It was my first time shipping a package to my daughter at college, and he made the entire process quick and easy. I really appreciated the great customer service and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
