  Great experience at this UPS Store on McCarter Highway! The owner Dwight was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. It was my first time shipping a package to my daughter at college, and he made the entire process quick and easy. I really appreciated the great customer service and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

  Gerardo was amazing! I was running late to send my package and I thought I was going to miss my chance to ship it. Luckily, Gerardo was really helpful and still took my package.   I can't say enough wonderful things about this business! Every time I visit, I receive exceptional customer service. From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with genuine smiles, warm hospitality, and a team that truly makes you feel welcome. What impresses me most is that they actually remember your name, which makes every visit feel personal and valued. The store is always clean, organized, and inviting, and I've never experienced a long wait. On the rare occasion there is a brief wait, the staff always acknowledges you with a friendly greeting and lets you know they'll be with you shortly. That simple act of recognition goes a long way and shows how much they value their customers. In today's world, outstanding customer service can be hard to find, but this team consistently delivers it with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.
