  I ordered a sub through the app and paid for extra ingredients, but when I picked it up I was told that because it was the Sub of the Day, they don’t allow customizations. The app still let me add and pay for the extras, though, so I ended up with an order that wasn’t what I paid for. Pretty disappointing

  This store is the worst subway store I have dealt with. I called them to request modifications to my order while it was still being prepared (literally within two minutes of placing the order). The utterly useless service staff (Satish) not only refused to do that, but were also extremely rude. Additionally, one of the service personnel asked me give me their number so they could FaceTime me for god knows what purpose. I am surprised with such bad reviews over such a long period of time, this Subway hasn't already shut down. Avoid this place like the plague.

  How can they sell different items and have no prices whatsoever ? I’ve come there a couple times and purchased the same items was a different price when I asked for a receipt they refused to give me one when I ask why the same items are different prices each time I come in they say it is what it is such a joke. Don’t forget to check the expiration dates on everything because I found a lot of products expired. when I brought this to the attention they laughed like it was some kind of joke.
