  Horrible experience! Ordered through the app tonight, the order said ready for pickup so my son went in to get the order. The order was never made! They then told my son if you ever order again with app don’t order from my location. They made the order but stated you get smaller quantities since you used discount, don’t order from here again we don’t do discounts. The app offered BOGO 50% off. My teen son was so confused and embarrassed thinking he did something wrong. What a horrible business practice.

  What a horrible experience...I order almost every week from here and i use the app so today i had a free sub which the total was $4.16...The african lady that works there is so stingy with everything and guess what she cancelled my order without even informing me about anything...When i called and asked about the reason for cancellation she said something which is unbelievable i still can't belive she said something like that...She told me we as owners can't afford it its very cheap for us and we don't do this promotion here...I mean i ordered from the app selected the location as new providence and it went through so how come you're telling me we don't do this promotion here...I earned this reward by ordering every week...This is the worst experience ever for me in a restaurant as a customer...I mean if you opened a restaurant you have to have a proper person to handle customer service which they don't have...They lost a customer today...I would rather give my money to some other business instead of this crap place..Thank you for such a horrible experience.🙏🙏

  Terrible service. The worker did not seem interested in being there, she was rude, took a long time even though I was the only customer and did not even know how to use subway card.

  Just like many other reviewers have had multiple times where we order based on the open times posted and then they were closed when we arrived. Set order online for 7:55 and online it said closing at 9pm. Got there 8:01 and closed. Was told they have closed at 8 every day for the last 3 years. Why have you not updated your hours online??? Also the door says 9pm (half scratched off to try and make it look like 8). Would not waste your time coming here as the owner clearly doesn’t care and wants to make their employees have to deal with upset customers
