  I don’t understand people that work in customer service roles and have an attitude or lack of motivation for wanting to do the job that they applied for. It completely boggles my mind! Failure to read label instructions and rude in her approach. Maybe there should be additional training because the front desk associate definitely did not know what she was talking about.

  Sandra (New Brunswick) is the reason I come back to UPS every time. Whether that is using an ancient fax machine, or shipping oversized golf clubs, Sandra is more than happy to help. Even took time out of her lunch to assist me! A true leader in the New Brunswick store! Always has a smile on her face, genuinely passionate about helping customers!

  Today I went to this UPS store, and it’s honestly the one with the best customer service I’ve experienced around Edison in the past few years. On Sunday around 2 PM, I brought over a dozen packages to drop off using the self-service machine. A kind and lovely staff member came over and asked if I needed help carrying the packages… I was genuinely surprised. The owner of this store should definitely recognize and praise this employee.
