  The workers in the Neptune/Ocean Grove store were top-notch. The epitome of excellent customer service. Friendly, patient and efficient. They know what they’re doing. Take notes, people.

  I work nearly an hour north of this location, which is to say far closer to several other UPS stores. I’ll never step foot in another because I enjoy this one so much. I’d rather rush home to get to Neptune before closing than go to one closer. In warmth, friendliness, and kindness the workers here are unparalleled. They are extremely knowledgeable and approach every interaction with the kind of patience previously only seen in preschool teachers. Cannot thank them enough for all their help over the years.

  I was misgendered a 2nd time going to this establishment by the same man. He called me a “Boss” on both visits. Boss usually refers to how men greet each other. The second time I corrected him by telling him “I’m not a boss, I’m a woman.” He doubled down and said everyone is a boss. Not sure what that meant, I don’t like being subtle misgendered as a trans person. I felt uneasy. I’ll go to the UPS at the ShopRite plaza where I am referred to as Ma’am/ Miss, proper pronouns that are supposed to be used when working in customers service and not in the hood with your homies. This establishment needs to respect the trans community with proper training when dealing with various different people.
