  You can't spare a piece of tape? I come in with my item, and the box ready to go, and I need one piece of tape. " You have to pack it yourself, sir". Give me a break.

  Tried to return amazon package. Was told by amazon exactly what to do. Went into ups store. The employee was rude and condescending and was telling me to do the exact opposite of what i was told to do by amazon. This is not just a $10 item in question but something pricey and i don't need errors it properly getting it returned. 1st and last time ever in that store. I was told many people had issues there. Thought maybe i would have a better experience. Nope!

  I recently visited the UPS store in Neptune because I needed to have some documents faxed. I had a very good experience. I was helped by Jamal. He provided great customer service as well as being very kind. I am very glad to know there is a a UPS store located conveniently in my area.

  Jamal was so kind and patient while I was doing my Amazon returns. He did not rush me nor make me feel uneasy when one of them did not scan. He let me take my time and figure it out. Wonderful customer service by Jamal!
