  This is the absolute worst UPS store ever. Every other UPS store I’ve been to has been kind, helpful and I never have an issue with my packages. The women at the desk here has been repeatedly not nice, i will never be returning.

  By far the worst and most unethical UPS store I've ever been to. I'm not sure how UPS is allowing this location to stay in business. They charge double of what the original UPS store on main street charges and they are all rude and unprofessional. I tried to call up just to ask a simple question and whoever the employee was who answered the phone had to be the rudest person. I dont see this store lasting long. Your better off going to the one on main street near Ocean grove because this store SUCKS!!

  I asked if my package was going to be picked up on the same day and the guy at the counter yelled at me??!! Why be so rude I am just trying to ship a package??

  I have tried to ship a few packages as well as Amazon returns and it never goes smoothly. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I live close to this location but the service is much better at the Ocean Grove location so I’ll be going back to OG.
