  Every store .. was great except The Nautica Store .. the Manager saw Our Hispanic friends that Came to the USA 🇺🇸 for the world cup.. and we're immediately profile as poor or no money to purchase stuff Back I. Their home Country they are business people .. big realtors.. the lady keap telling every one at the store to keep an eye on Us ..end of the story we got to buy what we wanted . NAUTICA AT THIS Outlet never Again .

  They had great customer service, but when I came back home I realized that they charged me incorrectly and when I called the manager they said I have to come back to store to get the adjustment. I live an hour away and was visiting for mother’s day shopping. I have emailed them the scanned receipt but no reply so far! I hope they have a way to return my money that the store and Michael Kors owe to me.

  Brianna was an AMAZING/FOCUSED/PRODUCT KNOWLEDGABLE SALES STAFF MEMBER. SHE AIDED ME IN MY LARGE PURCHASE AND LED ME TO AN AWESOME ADD-ON WALLET TO COMPLIMENT MY ENSEMBLE. SHE NEEDS TO BE REWARDED FOR HER A-1 SERVICE. 8/2022.

  I'm quite certain that I will never return to this location. Horrendous customer service. They had a feeling of they we're better than everyone . Not 1 person asked me if I needed help. Then when I took 4 bags and a wallet to the counter they were arguing over a price. When I said that is what your sign says. I'll leave . They winked nastily and said that is ok . MGMT is terrible.
