  I bought a windshield sun shade for my jeep grand Cherokee last Saturday and I didn’t get to try it out until 6 days later which was on a Friday May 29, 2026….the Sunday was too large for my jeep and I tried to get a refund. The attendant look in the store computer and see my purchase he was about to refund me but needed to exact credit card I used to pay….I politely as of he can tell me to the last 4 digits of the card because I have a few cards including my debit card….he went to the manager and the manager told him not to refund me. I have been shopping at advance auto parts for a long time…but I will never return again….not just because of the fail return but because of the stupidity and I professionalism…..I left the sun shade at the counter and tell the attendant to keep it as I have no use for the item. The time on May 29, 2026 as at 8pm….that so called manager should be fired…whosoever that person is didn’t even try to find a solution….when a broke person with bad credit is put in a place of authority most times. That person thinks everyone is like him/her trying to get over….and I am Dean Depass

  John was very abrasive and full of stories about how it’s illegal to clear fault codes and wouldn’t even allow me to hold the code reader Some people need to stop lying to people that know better His demeanor was very aggressive and unprofessional Very poor customer service Oh and I have a commercial account w advance !!
